Ball gag?
For a more serious response, just took a quick look in your food diary. I'd stop buying muffins, to start. Second, you have a very low calorie goal. What are your stats? Age, weight, height, activity level? If you don't have 70+lbs to lose and have your loss set at 2lbs per week, you should drop that to .5-1lb per week. That will increase your calorie goal and allow you to eat more of what you want without going over.3 -

We only get those muffins once in a great while, they're from Costco and they're really good. I'm 23, 160, 5'7, and I'm not very active, I have 30 more pounds to lose and I've already lost about 40, my goal is set to 2 pounds a week.0 -

With only 30lbs to lose, you should have a lower rate of loss. A half pound per week would be more appropriate and would allow you more calories, making it easier to stay on track.
For myself, I pre-log as much as possible, especially when it's food that I know is likely to have a lot of calories. Then I can decide if it's worth the calorie spending. For instance, I love wings with fries and ranch. I know it's going to be a calorie bomb, so I preplan for that, eating a little less in the days leading up to the wings and know I'll go over that day. I only do that once every few months.2 -
It is nice to see a diary that is not filled with chicken breasts and vegetables. Most of your days look pretty close to what you should be eating if you follow @Serindipte's correct advice and lower your rate of loss to .5. It is going to give you another 750 calories to eat each day which you seem to have correctly started doing anyway for the most part.1
