    Changing my mindset.

    I am not on a diet, I’ve changed my lifestyle.

    Not thinking I’m on a diet, has helped me immensely.

    For me: exercise. I know it's good for the body - but it is also good for the soul. Exercise keeps me positive, keeps me motivated, wards off "the blahs", improves my general outlook and puts me in the right frame of mind to stick with my eating plan when the going gets tough...which it inevitably does.
