Good morning all!
Thought I should probably introduce myself if I actually wanted to start posting on here.
Anyhoos, not quite sure what I should put in this introductory post, so I'll go with the standard:
Age: 26
Gender: Female
Height: 160cm (ish, maybe just under)
Starting weight: 75kg (19/4/2018)
Current weight: 71.9kg (this morning)
Goal weight: 62kg
Daily calorie target: 1300-1400
Activity level: I work a desk job, but I train in Judo 2/3 times a week.
Aaaand I can't think of anything else to say.
