Hello,
I I started this journey a few days ago. I was wondering if anyone has tried to drinking a cup of water with Apple cider vinegar before any meals? If so... did it help you?

Nope.
If you search the boards you will see negative responses to does ACV help lose weight.
The only way it would help is if it helps you consume fewer calories.
You do not have to eat or drink strange things to lose weight.0 -
It does nothing for weight loss.0

Look, if you're going to be in the club you have to call it ACV, can't be spelling it out.3

I don't know if ACV is KETO approved or I'd ACV falls into the rules of CICO. Also my NSV is being able to lift 13 jugs of ACV at once.1

I drank a shot of ACV every morning during the time I was trying to get my Gout under control. Completely under control now. I don't do the shots anymore, but I include ACV in my daily recipes like salad dressings, bbq sauces or anywhere I would use regular vinegar.0

This diet nonsense has been around since at least the 1970's.
But some people with heartburn are helped by vinegar (or lemonade) with meals......those with low stomach acid.0
