Bleh day

Had a bit of a low day today, so decided to get some biscuits and chocolate. More than half the pack eaten and I don’t think I’m even enjoying it and feel rubbish looking at the calories in over by. My 5th day on plan, and I think I may have learnt just to avoid biscuits, they’re totally not worth the calories!
