Hi , I feel slight pain in lower abdomin during jumping jacks !
I am at the end of my first week of exercise where I didn’t do any for the past 6 months.
My last meal was 2 hours ago.
Is it normal ?

Always better to check with a doctor. It could be food, a strain, or something more serious—there’s no way for us to tell.0

Get it checked out by a dr. It should be nothing but it could also wind up being a serious medical issue such as a hernia for instance. The internet folks try to be helpful, but most don't have medical training.0 -
Consider doing a lighter exercise than calisthenics until you are more fit. Walking-jogging (work up to jogging using intervals perhaps), swimming/water exercise, cardio machines, resistance machines. Ymcas have a variety of things to do.0
