Still a struggle but a moment of gratitude

I've lost 98lbs, feel so much better. Cut my calories down to 5'2 female should be eating and eat whole grains, fruits and vegetables. I didn't start exercising until I lost about 50lbs. I still struggle with exercising but, I try to do something every day. I thank this community for so much. When I have a hard day, I can come here. Thank you https://ibb.co/cHPbFy
