    Good point! We have the Poop Stool lol, it's a stool placed in front of the loo to place your feet in when you're doing your business, so it simulates the squat position

    Yep! I have the squatty potty, it really does make a difference.

    Big difference between the entire large intestine - aka, colon - and just the rectum. Huge. No one gets "...it all out at once." because it is not physiologically meant to all be evacuated at once.

    What is in your colon (ascending, transverse, and descending + sigmoid) is not ready to be evacuated from your body under normal conditions. It is "pre-poop" if you will, becoming more and more like "poop" as it goes from one section to the next, closer and closer to entering the rectum. Only what final waste is in your rectum is ready to be evacuated when you have a bowel movement.

    I've had struggles with this for a while, including a colonoscopy... but the best combo is miralax and yoga.
