Goals for a number of days, not certain days

I have a new PT who has given me nutrition goals for 3 days / 1 day / 3 days / 1 day and so on. So I can log goals for the different days over the week but is there a way to repeat goals based on a routine like the above, rather than goals over an actual day? It just saves me having to go in every 4 days and change the goals for the day based on what pattern I am in.

Premium allows you to set multiple calorie/macro targets, but I believe it has to be set to the same day each week0
