Bloating gone one day after getting back on track?

This may sound odd, but I've had events come up over the past month which resulted in me basically eating whatever I wanted. It wasn't long before that abdominal bloat that I'd been living with in the past returned. I'm back on track and on Day 2 of eating healthy again and the bloat has disappeared. How is this possible in such a short period of time?

Less water retention either due to decreased sodium and carbohydrates is most likely your answer1
