Some of my go to snacks are hard boiled eggs, cheese sticks or string cheese, nuts, fudge pops, popcorn, protein bars, beef jerky, hummus, Greek yogurt1

1/2 a Snickers bar has 110 calories. I buy the big packs and divide all the bars in half. Place them in individual baggies and freeze them. I get my sweet tooth craving cured and have a nice snack. As it takes a lot longer to chew a frozen Snickers, I feel like I'm having a lot more than I actually am eating.2
