Estimating Calories

Does anyone have difficulty estimating the calorie count in their recipes?

    Not if I've used the recipe builder correctly.

    Before, back of the envelope worked correctly.

    More difficult is a complex recipe having items get replaced on next go around, so the work I did prior has to be changed.
