Tapout XT 1 & 2 Calendar logic?

Hi guys

Can anyone explain the logic behind the Tapout XT 1 & 2 calendars? I mean, the first 3-4 weeks of XT 1 seem logical (1 core day, 1 upper, 1 lower, 1 yoga, etc.) but then after that it seems to turn a bit random... any thoughts?

    It may seem random. I thought the same, but I can tell you it works. I completed the 90 days and I got results. I stopped questioning it and just did it.
