This weekend we had a BBQ Memorial Day pool party since all the pools opened up this week. I of course wore my 2piece, however, I made sure my cover up was on. I told myself Ima rock my swimsuit but when I saw my fam out there looking cute as can be with no cover up (my dad side is small side). I couldn't get the confidence to take my cover off. So come this time next year, my cover up will be off! I'm starting my own challenge of 100lbs off and will post my scale results every Friday, good or bad & you guys can join in or just follow along my 100lb journey! I can't wait for my results & my bikini pic come 2019!

Sadly i didnt lose any lbs this week, but i didnt gain either! I managed well with the different schedule change. But this week im back to my regular program & shift! Meal prep this week so I wont be tempted! & I will have fresh strawberries with light whip cream to curve my sweet tooth here & there..lets see how it goes!2 -
I doubt I’ll get to 100 lbs lost in a year but who knows, it’s an awesome goal. So I will join you for encouragement. I’m gonna guesstimate on my 5/25 weight since I didn’t weigh that day. Had surgery the week before and weight was ballooning up and down because of the swelling. But this weight was from 5/19, so it’s all I got.

Thank you. The scales already going down more so that tells me the swelling is going down in the knee too. Yay. So it’s healing.
I figure even if I only lost one lb a week, that’s 52 lbs a year! Not too shabby!@contessakris Hope you healing well from the surgey & congratulations on the the loss so far! -1lbs is always better than none at all..& extremely better than +1..already at a good start! Welcome to this 100lb journey

Thats my same exact thought! My goal may be 100lbs..but 50lbs will be an amazing goal as well! It took me a yr to gain all this weight..i can b patient & work hard to get it off n the same amount of timecontessakris wrote: »Thank you.
