30 Day Shred Question!

Okay, so I recently started the 30 Day Shred (last Wednesday, a week ago today). Yet, I am going to be doing Day 6. For some reason, from some posts, I was under the impression you're supposed to take two days of break a week, but not consecutively. I now think I must have either imagined this or I was misinformed. Either way, I like doing 3 days straight, break, 2 days, break, 3 days break, 2 days, break, ect... Is this going to effect my results? I am still exercising on the day I'm not doing it, and I feel good when I go back to it. I was just wondering if anyone else does/has done this. Also, I'd love some input on whether to stop doing this, keep doing it, ect. Thanks everyone!

I'm on day 14 and have taken a total of 2 days off. I don't think it's enough of a workout to warrant taking a lot of rest days. But, if you are combining it with a lot of other workouts then you may need more recovery time. I am starting to notice some great results (a loss of an inch in both waist and hips and a couple of pounds down). One of my days off was for a mini-vacation and the other was just feeling under the weather from my TOM. I'm going away this weekend and may need to take an additional day.

Personally, I'm just using the Shred as another workout DVD. I'll sometimes do it, sometimes do Sweatin' to the Oldies or a dance workout DVD, and sometimes go run on the elliptical or lift weights or something. I would think that taking breaks would be fine, especially if it feels good for you and you're sticking to your routine. After all, the important thing is just to stay active.
