Motivation needed in abundance. Managed to go from 14stone 8 to 13stone 13 and seem to plateau. Reduced calories to 1200 originally but as I say I’m stuck at this weight. Now going to drop to 1000 or there abouts.

My DNA analysis says I should be a runners build but never going to happen. 18” neck, 44” chest, 32” waiste and a gut from cake, milk (full fat) and sweets/jellies like Haribo.

Doing home workout and walking the dogs a lot. Started to take creatinine to get the energy etc to work harder.

Any tips, thoughts etc will be welcome.

    You will not lose weight because your body is holding on to fat because that calorie is way too low. 1200 is minimum for a woman and 1500 is minimum for a man. Your body thinks it's starving. You need to input your stats into Mfp use that calorie goal because it will give you your deficit to lose. Good luck to you

    Thanks, Well, the good news is that I have not managed to get to just 1000, so 1200-1500 it seems to remain at.
