So a week ago I weighed 152lb and today I weigh 153lbs, but I don’t see no difference just I can lift more weights ..now idk if that lb was muscle mass or ?? Any ideas or tips ? Cause I have been drinking protein shakes to build muscle, my journey started 3 months ago at a weight of 172lb and now I’m here at 153lbs. Any feedback is nice

No...if you're dropping weight, you're not putting on muscle mass. It's a normal 1 Lb weight fluctuation.7

no you didnt gain a pound of pure muscle in a week. No you didnt put on muscle while losing weight. Just no. Relax.2

You can get stronger without actually putting on muscle. Muscle is very difficult to build even in a surplus. It is most likely water weight or fluctuations.1

I'm curious what you expect to actually "see" when there is only a 1lb difference?1
