Trying to be less chunky more funky

Hey guys! I'm new to the app so I'm not sure how everything works completely. I'm really a struggler with self motivation,I used to be a gymnast when I was younger so I just worked out all the time and didn't even think about it. Now that I'm older and less in shape it's hard to get myself motivated to eat right (I'm not a great cook either) and get my butt to the gym to do the correct workouts to reach my goals! Long story short I'd love some recipes and tips or tricks that you guys have found! (I just graduated college so I'm still on a tight budget hehe)
