My weight loss journey of almost 1 year From 95 kg to 70kg

Uff finally after 9 -10 months of diet and exercise i attained My goal weight. And it really feels great.
I started of with the idea of eating clean as i used to eat a lot of junk foods like pepsi, sweets fast foods etc. And intially i felt like i should stop these . The first month of diet was the toughest i couldnt resist myself without these fast foods especially the pepsi , I used to drink a lot of pepsi and it was tough to stop that. And after a month i checked my weight but still there wasnt much differnce at all. So i thought of doing some sort of exercise rather than going to gym. And then i heard about this 10k steps daily walking and i started walking with the help of PACER app I counted my daily steps and i made sure i walked 10k steps daily and with proper diet. And withing 2 months it really started showing results. And then slowly I increased my daily steps from 10k to 15k and each month i inceased and within 4 -5 months i was walking like 30k steps daily and it really helped me a lot. And there was group community in PACER app and they always encouraged and had a competative mindset of reaching the daily steps and it helped me a lot. And in form of dieting i tried my maximum to eat clean always.. after 2 months i slowly reduced my carbs intake and started drinking lime juices and it really increased my metabolism and i began to loose weight. And even had like cheat days every sundays for lunch. And that was really necessary because by weekend i would have drained all my energy and to boost my mood it was necessary and it also pushed me every week to burn more calories as i had ate a lot on sunday so inorder to compensate these sundays ( those guilt feelings hahah
