It’s Bulk time!

Hey peeps, just got this app and really liking it. My goals are probably a little different than most here. I really was just wanting to see how many calories I was eating. To make sure I was eating enough actually. Been bodybuilding for years but recently getting more serious about it. Currently I am at 200lbs, around 12-15%bf at 5’10”. Trying to bulk to 225 and then cut down to around 210 eventually and my try competing for first time in Classic Physique or B.B. I am 43 years old, lol. I know I am kind of pushing it here as far as what an old man can do physically and be competitive in this sport but still gonna give it a try. Plan is to bulk for the next year or so and then compete when I’m 45-46. I started this bulk at 180lbs and around 10% BF, 6 months ago I am currently eating about 4500cals on average it turns out. May be a little high but bodyfat not getting too bad yet. Can still see some abs. What I like about this app is it’s helping me stay more consistent. Definitely a big help. Look forward to meeting everyone and hope we can all help each other meet our goals.

Appreciate it. Not sure how much longer with this bad back either. More weight I put on the more it bothers me. Just gonna push thru and make my goals. Not gonna stop me!0
