Aldi's little salad kits question!?!?

Do you know if the calories/nutrients on the label INCLUDES the salad dressing? I'm only asking that because it looks like of low! I'm eating the Chopped Asian salad one.

    The nutritional label should let you know, but bottom line is that if a salad kit contains dressing packets it's usually included in the nutritional information.

    Im glad you asked this b/c I was just coming here to ask!. I love the salad kit but I don t like the dressing. SO I am going with the nutritional value on the package knowing that I am not eating the sunflower, cranberries, or dressing. (I used i tin a smoothie b/c I ran out of greens)
