Liquid Eggs help

So, I accidentally bought a carton of liquid eggs instead of egg whites at the store yesterday. Didn't realize it until I cracked it open this morning and wondered why my egg whites were yellow!

I don't really eat whole eggs unless they are hard boiled, but I need to use this carton that I paid for! Anybody have any ideas/recipes/suggestions? Thanks!

    quiche would probably be the fastest way to use them all and you can add lots of veggies

    Cake, brownies, cheesecake... ;)

    Omelets, frittatas, feed to the kids as scrambled eggs (maybe add cheese/ham/something for them).

    That said.. I did it once, ended up throwing them away and buying my egg whites. I love whole eggs most of the time, but the texture of the liquid eggs didn't work for me.

    Ooooh quiche.... good idea! I wish my son ate eggs, I'd scramble them for him!
