I've made some progress since Christmas and have lost 17lbs and gained a ton of strength at the gym after not lifting for a couple of years. My current weight is 163lbs and I'm 5'7. My goal weight is 150lbs then re-evaluate while increasing strength in the gym. 41 years old. I'm looking for friends to help motivate each other. Thanks.
