So over hormonal bloating...

I love being a female BUT I could do without the ups and downs of constantly fluctuating hormones. I had my last baby at 38 and tubes tied after. Since then, I feel both my cycles and ovulation acutely.
Long story short, is that I feel swollen more often than not and the scale has been moving at a snail's pace. Does anyone experience the same? Do you take a supplement? Is there a tea? Certain foods that are better during those times? I certainly try to do drink more water when I feel this way but it doesn't offer noticeable relief.

Dandelion tea seems to help me with bloating. I've heard watermelon is good too.1
