Looking to bulk after losing 150 lbs

I would like to start bulking now after 2 years of weight loss. I have definitely done some lifting along with my cardio but it was never a focal point. I no longer have access to a gym. Is there any way body weight exercises will help me bulk?

    congrats on the Loss!!

    Any progressive resistance program, including body weight, can get you good results. check out convict conditioning, you are your own gym, and nerd fitness for some good body weight strength training programs.

    You’re going to have a lot better results with strength training if youre looking to bulk. G.A.S. Will kick in fast with body weight exercises and you’re going to need some more stimulus to promote growth
