Weekly checkin group!

Hey everyone, I'm trying something new and wanted to see if there are a few individuals that want to give it a shot with me.

I work as a software consultant and we work using an Agile methodology which is focused on constant planning and reflection.

I want to try the same thing with my diet and am looking for a group of people who are interested in joining me to shape this together and see what works for us.

We could set up a whatsapp or slack group to talk through it and see how we want to do this.
