Hi
I have just started losing weight. I was 72.4 kg 3 days ago and today i am 71.9kg so I have lost 0.5kg (1 pound) but MFP is showing me I have lost 1 kg. how can I amend it so I don't get confused. I need to lose weight because of a health problem. I am overweight by 13 kg.
thanks

I don't have a reply but a comment. I agree that this is very confusing and one of the things MFP would explain or change. Perhaps they could specify since when the weight loss occurred. In any case, good for you for losing the weight. Keep on doing what you do and you'll see results.0

I've noticed that MFP tends to round to whole numbers. For example, if you lost 0.5kg, it will round up to 1kg. However if you lost 1kg, it would still say 1kg.
If you click into where you record your weight, you'll see it gives the accurate number, but rounds up on your tracker on your profile.
Hope this helps ease some of your confusion!3
