Do you eat and milk, cheese, creams, butters...etc? If you do then yes, whey is safe. Whey is food, it’s just a derivative and protein found in dairy

Whey is just another food. It can compose of dairy and even seafood sometimes in powder form. There's no steroids in them like some people I've talked to thought there was.

If you can drink whole milk, you should be able to eat/drink whey protein because whey is simply that part of milk that becomes separated from the curds in the cheese making process.

Little Ms Muffet....eating her curds & whey. Basically liquidy cottage cheese. It's just a dairy product. The whey is the liquid part in cottage cheese, dried for protien powder.

As everyone else have correctly pointed out, it is just a dairy product. Nothing bad about it.
Just make sure to get a quality product. Some of the cheap crap is full of soy, and your definitely don't want that in your body.

You're lucky if it's soy that's the filler. There are a few out there that a truly bad!!! Usually you get what you pay for, and really cheap ones are that cheap for a reason.
