Anyone trying the 5.2 diet

Here are links to a couple groups here. I tried 5:2. The 500 calorie days were too hard. But what I did learn was, eating a little less on weekdays and saving those calories to eat a little more on weekends helped me be more consistent.
Zig-zag your calories in whatever way helps you stay on track. No magic in 500 calorie days twice a week and maintenance the other five. It's just a schedule.
