This has got to be the time it sticks! Trying to add to an already active life and cut out the evil sugar! Curious if anyone has had luck with following a Keto plan?

I lost 20 pounds and It's been great. I enjoy all sorts of delicious food and really don't miss sugar or carbs. My mind is sharper and I don't have horrible crashes during the day.0

Lots of people thrive on keto. But the general impression is that even more people struggle on it.
Things won't just stick because you decide they will. And the use of "trying" and not specifying what you're trying to do, makes it look like you haven't even decided yet. You need a goal, and a game plan.
Then there's the demonizing of foods. Sugar isn't evil. There is sugar in fruit, vegs and milk. Cutting out sugar means you would have to live on nothing but meat, fish, eggs and oils. To have a healthy body, you need a healthy diet, and a healthy diet is balanced and varied, providing you with enough of all the nutrition you need every day, but not too many calories over time.
If you work on your relationship with food, educate yourself through balanced and non-sensationalistic information, and figure out what you want to do, what you need to do, weighed up against what kinds and amounts of effort you are able and willing to spend, you will have a fair chance of reaching your goals.0
