Hi everyone i started my weight loss journey on 28/3/18 because i was fed up of feeling so low in confidence especially when trying on new clothes i was a size 16 at the time. Since then ive gone on to loose 2st 4lb altogether and am feeling great for it im now in a size 14 and have my curves back
