Hi, y'all! I'm certainly not new to weight loss attempts but am new to using apps/features like this. I'm a 42 yr old single mom who us newly learning to live with an empty nest. But...I'm trying to find the joy in making time to do something for me. So, I've committed to working on making better food choices and exercising at least 5 days a week for 20 minutes. The only thing stopping me is ME and I'm over it. I'm also committing to blogging and using these community forums daily to help keep myself and maybe even someone else motivated.
