Hey y’all! I’m not exactly new to MFP but haven’t been on here in over 4 years. My weight has been yo yo-ing for years now. Most recently lost about 15lbs for my wedding last year but now I found myself right back up there! I recently had some labs done and found out I have stage 2 non-alcoholic liver disease (fatty liver), high cholesterol and high sugar levels. I immediately went into the Mediterranean diet and lost 5lbs over the first month. But then I hit a plateau. So in order to get the weight loss going, I decided to count my calories along with the diet!
So here I am, a week in, already down 4lbs. So ready to stick to this to not only get my labs back down but to get pregnant. Let’s do this!
