This is my go-to vegetable fried rice recipe. Use vegetable stock to cook the rice instead of water to kick up the flavor, and sub-in favorite veggies for super-easy goodness:

    Oh....was gonna comment that fried rice without egg is not fried rice, but I guess it's not just "vegetable", but rather "vegetarian".
    Yours is the recipie I use and add the egg. It IS delicious.
