Hi. I’m 42 and started working out at the gym. I have been walking for over two years for exercise but decided I needed weight training. I am putting in 2 Days weights 3 cardio. I love walk run intervals. I enjoy marathon events but only like doing up to 10k right now. I walked a half marathon and would love to run one. I’m overweight and using this app to lose weight by tracking calories.
