Night time

I’ve been giving in to night time snacking and need to stop. Really mad at myself!

I've always been bad about night time snacking. I don't sleep well and when I wake up and can't fall back asleep I want to munch something. Chances are if I get out of my bed for anything other than to use the bathroom, I'm going to walk to the kitchen and at least debate on eating something. It's awful, but I have to tell myself "go lay back down" and "do you know how mad you'll be at yourself in the morning if you eat something stupid right now?"
Doesn't always work, but it is getting better. Good luck to you! And if you just have to snack, try to make it cucumbers or almonds or something on the healthier side. You don't really want those things anyway so they won't be as tempting lol2
