If you don't track your calories, it's pretty easy to gain weight on Keto.
Once you are used to eating LCHF or keto, it’s just as easy to lose weight or maintain too!

By tracking calories, yeah.
I gave keto 6 months some years back. It gave me 12 lbs.
Not exactly what I was looking for.5 -

Not everyone is lucky enough get the hang of eating in a deficit on LCHF.
Just like not everyone has the patience to go through the ball ache of logging and weighing everything they eat, or lucky enough to be able to go to bed hungry, because they've run out of calories for the day and their moderation diet doesn't quite hit the appetite spot for the allotted calorie allowance.
It's a good job there are plenty of diet models to hit their calorie deficit target.5 -
