Good luck on your KETO journey! I’ve lost 50 pounds since mid January and don’t feel like I’m dieting! What’s not to love right?
Favorite Keto dish is southern soulful cabbage. Easy! Use a large pan. Chop a lb of bacon and fry with a sliced onion. Remove from pan. Add to the bacon grease, a head of cabbage, chopped. Cover with bone broth and simmer until tender. Add the bacon back in for last 10 minutes or so. DELICIOUS! If you like lots of broth, use the whole carton.
You’ll want to cook a lot with bone broth as, like pink Himalayan Salt, this helps replace your electrolytes with lots of trace minerals. Keep KETO’n On!
