Fit bit question

Am I supposed to manually log my step into MFP? I thought that since MFP & the fitbit is synched together, they would automatically show up in the steps section. If I have to manually log them, how do I do that? TIA

If you have them synched and the step feature on it should be transferring your steps over. There is a fitbit user group here, too.

You won't see specific exercises or steps logged, just the total calorie adjustment that comes over. You don't log your exercise or you'll be double dipping.
If seeing your actual exercise is important to you, you can log it and change the calorie expenditure to "1".

Don't do this. It isn't "double dipping", but that 1 calorie will override what Fitbit says for that time period and you won't be able to see an adjustment. If you aren't seeing a calorie adjustment/steps, make sure you've selected to have your steps come from Fitbit.

Thanks for the correction, I don't do it myself and didn't realize that.
