Macro comparison

I have a macro coach who is also a dear friend! I’m 5’6, work out 4-5 days a week doing a combo of HIIT, weight training, & occasionally LISS cardio. I also am a hairstylist so I am very active during the work week! The macros she has me on now are

45F/120C/150P = 1,485 calories

IIFYM gave me a macro recommendation of

70F/146C/132P = 1,744

MFP gave me numbers closer to the IIFYM numbers.

Some days, my coaches macros are super easy to hit and not a problem I’ve also lost 10lbs in 3 months, but other days, like today, I feel ravenous (due to period). I also plan on doing refeeds once a week once I get back to my pre vacation weight (176lbs) currently (179.4)

Anyone give themselves a macro range?

    I don't worry beyond hitting my minimums for protein and fats. I let the rest fall where they will on any given day.
