I created 8 accounts before this and they didn't even last for 2 days, always deleted them. That's what v9 is about. This time I'm here for real and seeing the weight lost I want to beat myself for not doing it earlier...

Hi Destiny. Head over to the Getting Started threads and read the stickied posts. Also go read the Sucess stories if you need a bit of motivation. I find the before and after pics help when im feeling low. Good luck, you got this!

Good luck and don't get discouraged. Life is full of ups and downs and that includes weight loss. Just keep at it and at some point you will realize the change is worth it.
