Been using the tracker for a bit. However -- getting serious about weight loss and fitness. My naturopath moved me to a Keto Diet -- so perhaps there are some other new Keto-ers here -- let's work together and encourage each other.

    Beware the keto flu that some get. You may feel weak, "fuzzy" or other things in the beginning. If so, try adding some sodium to your diet.

    Make sure you are getting plenty of vitamins and minerals because you can miss out on a lot when doing Keto if you aren't careful.

    Fat is delicious but has more calories per gram than protein and carbohydrates, so just make sure you are careful. It is still about calories in/calories out, just a different way to do it.
