Hello everyone! I tried this before and it helped but I stopped when I reached my goal, which I shouldn’t have, I struggle GREATLY with gaining weight and keeping it on. Right now im at the point where my body is eating my muscles. I do not have dismorphic issues, my MS, which has damaged my brain, stopped sending signals to my stomach to stretch out for food, leaving me permanently full. I’m rarely hungry due to this and I am rapidly lose weight. I need help. My weight being so low is creating many more issues since I’m not at my strongest, my MS is attacking me in other ways as well and my body continues to go down. I need to gain 20 pounds. Please no, “I wish I had that problem” comments.

I assume you have been to a doctor or dietitian for the "feeling permanently full" issue? It may be something where you need to find ways to ingest more calories with less substantial food (things like avocados and other healthy fats) along with protein. I wish I could do more to help but this is probably best left for a professional. Good luck to you.1
