Hey Everyone,

Im Abbie, Im 28 and on a massive weighloss journey! I'm looking for help, advice or guidance as I'm struggling at the moment.

Just a little background to my problem.

I had always been chubby- not fat just short, stocky and chubby. about the 12 stone mark and Im (Just) 5"2. I have very naturally muscly thighs. So have always been very bottom heavy- lean and slim up top.

I had my first baby and gained 8 stone during and shortly after pregnancy.

I started using my fitnesspal-

Monday- Friday Calories 1200 per day.
Saturday and Sunday I would allow myself to go over by a maximum of up to 2500.
I worked out 3 times per week:
I never left the gym unless the gym machines said I had burned 1000 calories (didn't have a fitness watch then as the legitimate calorie burn is lower but never the less it still worked)

All this I within 1 year and 10 months of being pregnant I had lost 10 stone and looked the best shape of my life. I had stretch marks but no loose skin or anything. I was very happy.

Fast forward to my second pregnancy I only gained 6 stone (still shocking and careless but I really tried, this was an achievement for me)

I Followed the same pattern as above and lost 4 stone within 8 months.

Now- we are 1 year and 4 months later from that 8 month achievement and I am stuck at the heaviest weight I have ever maintained, and nothing else is shifting.
I haven't lost 1lb since then in all this time.
I have even tried mixing the exercise up and changing strategy but I just don't understand.

My body is still chubby and plump and is storing the fat so much. Not leaning out at all.

How can I do the same eating and same big exercise classes but have a 4 stone difference? and a total body look difference. Surely this cant be possible?

I'm doing exactly the same thing.
Only difference is I'm 4 years older and had a second baby.

Having a major meltdown.

Please any similr experiences/successes?
Any advice or anything at all?
