Back at it again!

Well I'm going to try to shorten my story from beginning to now. At age 13 I weighed 296 pounds. Ended up becoming diabetic at age 14. Went down too 180 by just dieting and every now and then did workouts in 1 year. I did great at keeping it off, until last year at age 22. Stress and depression got me badly due to things that happened in the household. But I also ended up finding out I am agoraphobic. Took medication and my medication made me gain alot. I'm at 246 pounds now at age 23. And now I'm ready to go back at it again. Normally I do things by myself, becuase I can't really count on others. But anyone out there who would like to help will be welcoming. Also if anyone has any good easy recipes to make will also be great. Seeing others motivated gets me motivated.
