Okay, I am about 40 lbs + overweight. I eat healthily and my bloodwork reflects great nutrition, choles., blood pressure, etc. I exercise a lot and include intense activity like cross fit, tennis, sprints, and half-marathons. WHY AM I SO OVERWEIGHT? I cannot stick to the 1200 calories recommended here. If I stick to it, I feel like I am starving. If I make progress, it is extremely minimal. about a half pound every two weeks. Maintaining a healthy weight has only become a problem over the past 5 years. is there something wrong with me or am i just eating too much and need to let myself feel hungry?
