Lurking for a few months, time to dip my toes into the pool

I've been MFP'ing for a few months now and have managed to lose about 45 pounds since the beginning of the year. I'm approaching my goal weight and have been thrilled to watch my BP and lipids come down into the normal range. I'm hoping to start the maintain/recomp phase in another month or so to fight off that age-related muscle decline that starts around 50. If all goes well, I'll get a 5K under my belt before too much longer. Best of luck to everyone!
