I had my 4th baby 6m ago and i weighed 86kg after she was born and now i weigh 76kg so ive lost 10kg just by diet and im breastfeeding. Id love to keep going till i reach 65kg and see how i look but another 10kg seems so hard! And i want results now but cant cut calories too much due to breastfeeding. Encouraging words would be appreciated
Thanks

It just takes time. If you keep going, you'll get there.0

Give yourself some slack. 6 months is not that long after having baby. Your body needs time to recover and while you are breastfeeding you can't cut calories too much. Have you thought about incorporating some exercise as a way to cut some calories. You can continue to eat what you need to keep your supply up, but work off some calories while being outside with your baby. Stroller walking and jogging are amazing!
