Need motivation

I cant seem to get back on track with eating healthy and losing weight.

    I was at a workshop yesterday that had nothing to do with weight loss. The presenter made a comment..."Celebrate the successes." It resonated with me...I haven't done that so much. I'm still on track though frustrated with a bit of a standstill over the last few weeks. I decided to get a bracelet I quite liked as a symbol of the success I've had so far - just a tangible object to look at or touch and remind me to tap into the good feelings that go along with the positive changes I've made.

    Nothing new in this idea, just figured I'd share... Hang in there, you can find your way back.

    Your post sounds aimless. Figure out what you want, set some goals, devise a plan to achieve them. You can't get TRUE motivation from anyone but yourself.

    Getting back on track isn’t always easy but you are worth it. My advice would be log everything and stay active on the forums. I have found so much support and motivation on this app in the past which really helped me.
