Wondering if anyone has tried these products since it seems a bit too good to be true. I ordered some things (carrot cake, brownies, muffins) and for a pretty decent serving size, the calorie information seems way too low. They taste great, but I am unsure of how accurate this could be. For example, the muffins are only 50 calories each (http://www.simplyscrumptous.com/Fit_Flavorful_Low_Carb_Fat_Free_Muffins_p/low_carb_fat_free_muffin.htm)

Thanks!!

It could be right. I looked at the nutrition info for the Bran muffin.

    One muffin has 50 calories.
    Total carbs 25 grams.
    Fiber 8 grams.
    Sugars 3 grams.
    Sugar alcohols 12 grams.
That leaves 2 grams for starch.
    And finally protein 3 grams.

The sugar alcohol is erythritol, which has neglible calories.
The caloric value of fiber is disputed, some assign 4 calories, some 2, per gram. Let's figure out if this product fits any of these:

Sugar, starch and protein all have 4 calories per gram.
    That's 8x4=32 calories.
    50-32=18
    18/8=2.25

    I'd say it's close enough.

I've tried the brownies in moderation and not had an issue.
